Data collected through the contact form
The appointment request form collects: first name, surname, telephone number, email address, scheduling preferences and an optional administrative note. No clinical or health information is requested, and none should be entered.
Purpose of processing
The data collected is used solely to handle the appointment request and to get back to the person concerned.
How the data is processed
Form data is sent by email to the practice secretariat through a transactional email provider (Resend). It is not stored in any database on the website. Retention in the practice mailbox is governed by internal policy.
Data transfer
Sending the email through Resend may involve data passing through servers located outside Switzerland. The provider applies appropriate security measures.
Rights of the data subject
You may request information about your data, its correction or its deletion by contacting the practice using the details given above.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not use advertising, profiling or tracking cookies. No third-party services that set cookies without consent are embedded. A single technical cookie is used: it remembers the language you chose, so the language detected by your browser is not applied again on every visit. It does not identify you and does not require consent.
